This weekend was INTENSE. 😅 Multiple offers, fast deadlines, and buyers making quick decisions all over the place.

Buyers — be prepared. In many situations right now, homes are still selling 10–20% above list price… sometimes even more. Strategy matters more than ever.

But sellers — this is important too 👇

You still have to do the work.

The homes getting the strongest offers and biggest bidding wars are typically the ones that are:
✔️ properly prepared
✔️ cleaned and decluttered
✔️ staged well
✔️ priced strategically

Homes priced too high without preparation are not always seeing the same level of activity.

Presentation + pricing strategy still matter tremendously in this market. 👏
